When it comes to food, I’m all about simplicity, balanced and TASTE.  Throughout my journey to less pain and better health one of my values has remained making it a joyful, fun and delicious process.  Without food you actually enjoy and that fits into your time/budget constraints, you’re less likely to maintain your habits for life.  But I digress- this recipe is easy, delicious and under $10.  Enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 1 package pre-cooked turkey kielbasa, sliced 
  • 1 package steamable potatoes w/ seasoning, halved
  • 2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed
  • 2 tbsp butter or oil per instructions of potatoes
1) Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees

2) Slice and toss all ingredients in a 9×13 pan coated with cooking spray, then drizzle with butter/seasoning.

3) Bake for 20 minutes, stir and bake for another 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. 

4) Serve and savor!  This makes 4 generous servings and stores well if you want leftovers for other meals.

Step 1
