Where I come from, Taco Dip is a staple at any potluck style party.  But why limit it to JUST special occasions?  This recipe gives you that taco dip fix with a dose of protein and veggies bundled up in a wrap for grab and go lunching.

Ingredients
  • 4T light sour cream
  • 4T light cream cheese
  • 1T Taco seasoning
  • 4 fajita size tortillas
  • 6 oz ready-made grilled chicken (white meat)
  • 1/4 C black olives
  • 1/4 C salsa
  • 1C shredded lettuce
1) Start by mixing your sour cream, cream cheese and taco dip together. (Can we all just admit this is the BEST part of Taco Dip?! Get in ma belly!)

2) Divide the mixture on each tortilla- about 1-2 generous tablespoons per tortilla

3) Layer on the chicken, olives, salsa on each tortilla, topping with the lettuce.  If packing for a future lunch, add the salsa and lettuce immediately before serving to avoid soggy tortillas and brown lettuce.

4) Sit down and savor this delicious, healthy, super easy meal that makes every meal feel like a Superbowl party.
