Today I’m excited to share some books that have helped me to shift my mindset about my body. For years, I would punish my body and had the mentally that “if only I could lose the weight, my life would be better.” Through lots of hard work inside and out I’ve learned to be in a much happier place and now it’s time to pay it forward. Here are some of my favorite books to help YOU get started on ditching diets and discovering body peace.
